It presents strategic initiatives focused on productive and value-added asset utilization, including the transformation of the Old Theater Building into the Menak Sopal Museum as a cultural preservation and tourism investment effort, the development of a regional asset marketplace as a digital platform for asset leasing optimization, and the reform of asset governance through centralization, digitalization, and system integration.
